About Kristina Bauer

Kristina Bauer spent 32 years with an undiagnosed Lyme infection before being correctly diagnosed in 2012, and later identified and treated congenital Lyme in all four of her children. That experience, paired with 25 years teaching fitness, meditation, pranayama, yoga, and wellness, led her to complete the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program in 2023. She now offers one-on-one mentorship to Lyme patients in a non-medical capacity. She is explicit that she does not diagnose, treat, or operate a clinic.
