About Sarah Russell
Sarah Russell is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated in 2004 and has built her career around alternative medicine, bio-identical hormone replacement, endocrinology, and emergency medicine. With over seven years in emergency medicine and 18 years in urgent and family practice care, she works with patients from newborns through the elderly, with a focus on finding and treating root causes rather than just managing symptoms. She founded Libertas Integrative Health to give patients a functional-medicine home that blends conventional and holistic approaches.
